Carlstadt, NJ – Unimac Graphics. a full-service Web and sheetfed printing company, partnered with American Forests’s Global ReLeaf program to reduce Unimac’s company’s carbon footprint. Through Unimac’s donations, Global ReLeaf planted 3,500 hardwoods trees, Black Cherry and Northern Red Oak in the Hardwood Forestry Project of the Susquehannock State Forest in Pennsylvania, re-establishing the forest after a “2004” clear cut.

SustainPrint Article: "AAP Unveils New Environmental Handbook"

The Association of American Publishers (AAP) has unveiled its new “Handbook on Book Paper and the Environment.” The “Handbook” was developed by the AAP’s Paper Issues Working Group to assist publishers in navigating issues related to the development of environmental sustainability practices within the book publishing industry.
