Corporate Knights explicitly took on the issue of paper sustainability in our 2005/6 Forestry Issue (downloadable at http://static.corporateknights.ca/CK15Feb2006.pdf) and held an Executive Roundtable on the topic of FSC certification in January 2006. The breakfast caused several billion-dollar organizations to switch to FSC-certified paper. In 2007, at the behest of Corporate Knights, our printer West Star Printing became an FSC-certified printing facility (see http://www.west-star.com/). In 2008, Corporate Knights began printing with uncoated, FSC-certified paper from Cascades (Rolland ST30 with 30 per cent de-inked post-industrial fibre and 70 per cent virgin FSC fibre), and in April 2009 switched over to our current paper (details below). We also have a car-free staff and work in a green building.
