What steps are you taking to reduce your footprint? (reducing travel, improving energy efficiency, reducing office waste, carbon audit, etc.)

We are so low budget we don't do much travel, and don't even have hot water in our office!. We have replaced bottled water with tap water, paper towels with cloth, throw away utensils and plates with washable, and reprint on all paper used on only one side. Almost all of us bike or walk to the office.
